What you need to do…
Select at least two members of your existing team drawn from opposite ends of the performance spectrum for whom you have already DISC profiles. You do not tell us which are the high performers and which are the low performers. Under controlled conditions, the selected individuals complete our CPQ personality profile or, if yet more detail is required, our QIS test battery.
