Sales Team Group Assessment Days
Most time-efficient for our clients is the Group Assessment Day where up to 20 applicants at a time are ‘put through their paces’ using a combination of job-related exercises, our QIS assessment battery and interview. Other than participating in the day itself, this approach requires minimal involvement from clients yet enables them to glean enough information from and about the candidates attending to make a reliable recruitment decision on the day.
Invitations are issued only after all viable candidates have been extensively tele-screened. Not only does this ensure those attending are the best of the candidates who have applied but also the personal contact engenders a higher degree of commitment within candidates to attend the event. |
