Our full sales recruitment solution comprises candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and shortlist preparation. We automatically test all candidates for sales and marketing positions using our QIS test battery either at interview or as part of a Group Assessment Day managed on your behalf.
If you largely undertake your own sales and marketing recruitment but require assistance in screening candidates, we offer a combination of telephone screening and online testing designed to meet almost every budget.
On occasion, clients find themselves with insufficient resources to effectively manage applications received from their own advertising and to help in this area we also offer response handling and CV screening.
At the next level, our QIS test battery is available for candidate screening purposes either for self-contained in-house use or via our Bureau Scoring Service. This service is frequently used by clients who source candidates from multiple agencies and need a mechanism of seeing beyond the CV. The results of our QIS test battery can help minimise the number of interviews undertaken with candidates who have been ‘sold effectively’ by a recruitment agency but, at interview, are clearly entirely inappropriate for the role.
