Sales Team Personality Profiling
We use and supply two personality profiles both designed to measure key traits of personality such as drive, motivation and interpersonal skills that indicate not only an individual’s overall suitability for a career in sales but also the type of sales role to which s/he is best suited.
The Craft Personality Questionnaire (CPQ) focuses on eight primary traits and ten secondary (combination) traits of personality repeatedly proven to be critical to superior sales performance.
With advanced in-built ‘anti-faking’ features, CPQ minimises the number of invalid and unreliable test results resulting from candidates answering the questions ‘the way they think they should’ in order to make a more positive impression.
The Comprehensive Personality Profile (CPP) measures seven primary traits and is available in pencil & paper form for administration where neither a PC/laptop nor internet access is available to enable immediate scoring.
Even when optimised, the match between job and individual is never perfect hence both CPP and CPQ provide detailed graphical and narrative reports to highlight the test candidate’s unique strengths and weaknesses on how these compare to the demands of a specific role. |
