For infrequent recruiters or those with little or no experience of testing, our Bureau Testing Service is invaluable. Under this scheme, we provide test questionnaires and comprehensive instructions to clients describing in detail on how these should be administered to candidates at interview.
The completed questionnaires are faxed or e-mailed to us for scoring & analysis. The results and our recommendations are made available by e-mail or fax within 24 hours. By prior arrangement, the results can be returned almost immediately for use during the interview itself. |
