CPQ Follow-up Questions
Occasionally, the impression formed of test candidates at interview and the results of their personality profile do not accord in one or more areas. This is of particular concern if the impression formed is that the candidate is a good match yet the test result indicates one or more problem areas.
To help ascertain which of these is correct, CPQ generates a list of candidate and role-specific questions in those areas where the candidate's scores suggest a mismatch to the role.
Evaluating candidates' responses to the questions generated by the CPQ scoring site enables recruiters to judge which of the two sources of information is the most accurate and reliable.
