CPQ Compatibility Report

The Compatibility Chart compares the candidate’s score on each of CPQ’s eight primary traits with the compares candidates’ score with the Ideal and Average scores on each scale for a particular role.

A summary of compatibility is expressed on a scale of 1-50 and the accuracy of the result is also indicated.

Click here for a description of each scale together with a description of how the individual is likely to behave given his/her scale score.

Areas of potential concern can be explored at interview by selecting the Follow Up Questions link. The questions produced are candidate and role specific and focus on area where the test candidate’s scale scores are poorly matched to the Ideal scores for the role.
