CPP Summary Data Page
This single page report contains all the essential information an experienced user needs for recruitment decision making.
In addition to confirming the test candidate's responses to the 88 questions that comprise CPP, the Summary Data Page (SDP) provides percentile scales scores on each of the 7 primary traits. It also provides an estimate of the validity (accuracy) of the result on a scale of 1-10 and an indication of how well the candidate feels s/he is suited to the role (Real/Ideal Match).
When completing CPP, candidates are required to provide two sets of responses to each question, the first reflecting the candidates 'Real' thoughts and feelings, the other reflecting how the candidate's perceives the 'Ideal' applicant would respond to the question. Comparing and contrasting the Real and Ideal scores provides useful insight to a candidate's self-awareness and recognition of his/her own strengths and weaknesses.
