CPP Selection Report

This five page report contains key information to assist in recruitment decision-making.

The candidate's score on each of CPP's seven primary traits is compared to the range of preferred scores for a specific sales role. The preferred scores are expressed as shaded zones representing optimum and acceptable scoring zones for a specific role. Candidates' scores on each scale are superimposed against these zones providing an indication of compatibility to the role. Quite simply, the more scores in the dark shaded area, the greater the degree of compatibility.

The unique combination of each candidate's scale scores and how these interact is also summarised into 3 groups of 'Performance Traits'. These are conveniently divided into the three broad categories of Management, Sales and Administration.

For those familiar with the widely used 2-axis model of behaviour comprising Ego Drive and Empathy, the candidate's overall profile is also positioned on the matrix of the four distinct personality 'types' of Driver, Motivator, Thinker, Supporter.
