Comprehensive Personality Profile (CPP)
Cost-effective and easy to use
The Comprehensive Personality Profile (CPP) is a factor-analytically derived personality profile measuring 7 primary and 10 secondary traits of personality all proven to be critical to superior sales performance. Sharing many features with the CPQ questionnaire, one difference is that CPP is available in pencil & paper/computer scored form as well as on-line. This feature is particularly useful for clients who wish to administer questionnaires in venues where there is no internet access. It also enables the questionnaire to be administered to large numbers of candidates at initial ‘broad brush’ screening interviews and only those scored for candidates in whom interest remains post-initial interview.
Scoring can be via our Bureau Scoring Service or via scoring and report generation software supplied for in-house use.

Extensive reporting
Again like CPQ, CPP offers a variety of detailed reports for use in both selection and day-to-day management. These include the Selection Report that indicates suitability for a given role and the Sales Manager’s Coaching Report that provides specific tips and guidance on how to manage and motivate the test candidate to peak performance once hired.
