Sales Team Training & Coaching
Whilst many of our clients have in-house training resources, most do not. Therefore the results of the training needs analysis can be made available for in-house use or form the basis of a bespoke training & coaching programme delivered by Sales Team Focus Ltd.
Our approach to training & coaching is that both must be relevant and specific. Comparing the results of each salesperson’s TNA with the required skill set identified by job profiling provides valuable insight to potential skill shortfalls. For absolute certainty these can be verified through role play, in-field assessments or a combination of both.
For cost and time efficiency, training needs common to several salespeople can be dealt with collectively leaving unique or unusual needs to be dealt with through coaching on a 1:1 basis. This customised approach minimises time off the road and neatly avoids the de-motivational effect of having good performers undergo training they neither want nor need.
In addition to bespoke training and coaching, we also offer ‘off-the-shelf’ courses in common areas of interest. These can be delivered in-house to groups of recent recruits or to salespeople and sales managers for whom the content is likely to be beneficial.
The format is typically highly interactive workshops drawing on real-world experiences to explore and develop practical and workable solutions to the everyday problems encountered in sales and sales management. |
